Spacious apartment located in beautiful surroundings. There was an option to have a paid parking spot in the underground garage, but there is a big, free parking lot next to the building. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and spacious. Great communication with the host. Supermarkets, restaurants, and shops are nearby. We would stay there again:)

Convenient location to visit the area; plenty of restaurants nearby, a supermarket a bit further. All walkable. The apartment was big enough to spread out for our family with older teens. Facilities are bit basic comparing to other places we stayed during this trip. No scissors in the kitchen, no shampoo, no basic food staples at all. Italian coffee maker, not pods. We parked in the free parking adjacent to the building. Wifi was fine near the living room, weaker in the master bedroom. Beautiful views. The lift was a welcome amenity after walking the Ruta del Cares!

Fantastic! Huge place, it could easily fit 6 people in this apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, just no basic supplies like oil, salt etc. would definitely stay again! Fantastic views of the mountains. Highly recommend, great value for money.

“You stay for the location”

Location is close to Arenas restaurants and shops and an ideal starting point to explore Picos de Europa.

Closed to gateway to hiking but naturally this was the main reason for staying in Arenas de Cabrales. Good double bed, lots of parking soace back house. No need to rent å spot in p-house.

Very nice apartment complex on the edge of the town, walking distance to shops and restaurants but peaceful we were mainly hiking and found it a good starting point for our walks.

Great apartment and location, would be nice to have a kettle and a sink plug. Bit sparce equipment for a long stay but ok for 3 days eating out.

The place is very clean, comfortable and it was a great location.

Good location, easy parking, quiet. Comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms and toilets. Good for self-catering catering. Very close to the village centre for groceries, bakery, bars and restaurants.

Communication was not to good as we couldn't speak spanish. Perhaps instruction could have been in english.

The apartment is in a great location, in a small mountain village with a charming atmosphere, close to cafes and small shops (you'll need a car to get to the supermarket), but the building is at the end of a quiet street with ample parking. We had a bit of a mix-up when picking up the keys (after 9:00 PM) because it turned out someone had already checked into our apartment – ​​it wouldn't have been a problem if the staff had spoken even a little English. Fortunately, we found a gentleman who called reception on our behalf, explained the situation in Spanish, and obtained keys to another apartment. Everything was handled quite quickly, but contacting them on our own wouldn't have been easy. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Ours had a small terrace with a table and chairs.

Clean, good-sized apartment. Well equipped with the basics. Good location for visiting the Picos de Europa area. The toaster didn't work and they changed it quickly.

Very spacious and very well equipped apartment. Very comfortable. Lots of light, lovely views of the mountains, close to the main street. Quiet at night, no street noise. Really lovely apartment.

The location was great, lovely town, easy to walk to supermarket, shops & restaurants. The apartment was very clean, well decorated & very comfortable. There was secure parking in the basement but you didn’t need really need to pay for this as there was plenty of parking next to the property.

Spacious and spotless apartment which had everything we needed and great views. Really handy for walking around Arenas town with a big public car park right behind it for parking. We spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed it.
