“Never ever stay there”
Worst stay in years. Extremely dirty, loud and no warm water. Room didn’t have a window.

No windows in the room. Poor room door security. Location of the room was not equipped for guests especially the disabled or elderly guests . Stairs unsafe to get to the main entrance they were cracked and missing cement and unleveled steps a hazard to walk on.

the kids pool was great for the little ones, they for sure enjoyed the pool. Clean towels were provided as needed. Breakfast was included with the room.

“THE OLD WORN OUT MATTRESSES NEED TO BE TOSSED AND CLOSETS, HANGERS SHOULD BE INSTALLED”
pool was cloudy, the mattress was sunk in not firm for my back, the shower did not have a divider therefore the water continually flooded the floor, no closet, no hangers, nowhere to hang clothes, no chairs to sit, the tv did not work, when we inquired about the flooded bathroom and we placed towels on the floor to absorb it, no one came to pick-up wet towels.
