“Not happy at all-below the minimum acceptable standard 🥲😡🥵”

It was difficult to find the property using GPS. Almost everything in the house was below the minimum acceptable standard: there were no bed or pillow covers, the duvet and mattress were dirty, worn, and had an unpleasant smell, and the chairs were wobbly. One of the rooms was very cold, and there were small insects and spiders present. Most importantly, the house shown in the photos on Booking.com was not the same property we were given to stay in. Additionally, the host was not very friendly. When we were unable to find the house using his directions and called him again for help, his reaction was noticeably irritated.

The holiday apartment was not what was promised in the pictures on booking com. We had booked the holiday apartment with a Lake view and came to the loser Fluor, which was not in the pictures. There was no contact with the owner by telephone or in writing because he did not get in touch during that time. The house is just a construction site. The insulation of the window in the bedroom was torn out. So you couldn't open the window. The patio door could only be closed with a hook. Oven dirty. Freezer compartment moldy. Hardly any dishes left. Drain pipe in the toilet only sealed with adhesive tape. This meant that toilets were often allowed throughout the entire holiday apartment. The WiFi key was also not available in the appartment. Not a clean holiday apartment that we cannot recommend. She's not worth the money.

The cabin is close to falling apart, it was very dirty and electricity was hanging out from the wall. The fireplace had e big hole in it and was not working. We had no warm water in the second floor and the place was smelly and very dirty.
