How clean, new and comfortable it was

Really close to slopes and a little kitchen was convenient. And super nice restaurant in the same building.

Nice, clean, and tidy. Close to the heart of Åre. Has everything you need. Comfy beds and nice bathroom.

The windowless room surprisingly worked very well in ensuring a good night’s sleep. The bed, duvets, pillows, and linens were of high quality, as were the bathroom and kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing due to the condition of the studio and the lack of communication from the host. On arrival, the property was not clean. The oven was unusable as it was thick with grease and old food from previous guests. The bathroom contained toenail clippings left behind by prior occupants, and there was rubbish in the cupboards along with visible hair and dirt throughout the studio. The Wi-Fi details provided in the welcome email did not work. The network name and password could not be found, and I had no internet access for the stay. I contacted the host four times via email to raise these issues but received no response at all. None of the stated contact methods worked, and I was left without any support during my stay. Overall, the accommodation did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and the lack of communication made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this listing.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped for self-catering with Miele appliances. Great to have a cooker rather than a microwave. Key was via a phone app, which just means you have to be organised with your battery!

The location is good for skiers as there is a direct conection from 4th flor to the ski lift and ski piste. Going into the city takes about 15 minutes downhill walk (and return uphill). The appartment is resonably spatious and has a well equipped kitchen. The owner gave us extensive instructions on how to get the keys, how to get to the appartment etc. however the communication was only by email / text messages in the app.
