“Overall, a great place. But a few really bad decisions stopped it from reaching its full potential.”

The room key was digital and required using a smartphone. We had to download an app and create an account to access the key. In addition, we needed to email the host with the email addresses of all guests so they could also download the app and register accounts. We were informed that the keys would be available in the app approximately 24 hours before check-in. However, when none of us had received the keys four hours before check-in, we had to call and investigate the issue. It was not easy to find the correct phone number, as simply searching for the hotel name online did not provide clear contact details. The issue was resolved quickly, and the woman on the phone was friendly and helpful. However, the overall experience was not as smooth as a standard check-in process using traditional RFID key cards. The in house restaurant was awesome and far exceeded our expectations!

Space efficient and good looking apartment of a high standard. Very practical with included toiletries, linnens etc.

The apartment is in a great spot, and the view was amazing. You can easily get to the ski area. The facilities generally are really good, and the bed was super comfy too.

Good location, the house is directly connected to the ski lift, large windows with a great view of the city, mountains and if you wish and the weather is good you can also see the northern lights😀. very clean

Minimalist modern apartment with a beautiful view of the frozen lake. It was pleasant to have breakfast with that view in the mornings. Definitely better than staying in a hotel.

Great location, great view, super clean, extremely calm. Well-equipped kitchen. Washing and machine and dryer in the bathroom is a plus.
