Warm welcome. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Use of the kitchen for the evening. Seeded bread on the morning, and a good breakfast.

Excellent location. Quiet yet close to town centre. Bruno was a helpful host. The breakfast croissants and baguette were warm delicious. It was perfect. When we return to Ardres for a short stay, we hope to find a vacancy here.

Bruno warmly welcomed us to his beautiful home in Ardres, which is only 25mins from Le Shuttle. Lovely room, spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Kitchen has tea & coffee facilities, a fridge and microwave. Fresh croissants and bread was delivered in the morning to compliment the orange juice, cheese and yogurt provided in the fridge. The private parking space on a quiet cul de sac was also very useful. I would not hesitate to stay again when using Le Shuttle. Thank you Bruno.

“Lovely stay before ferry crossing”

Large room, king-size comfortable bed, excellent shower room. Spotlessly clean. Added benefit was a kitchenette. Private convenience parking. Host friendly and welcoming.

“Amazing stay great value for money, beautiful property”

The property was beautiful. Room amazing. Host was brilliant. We stayed for an overnight prior to an early morning tunnel. Good communication from the host as we arrived earlier than expected, breakfast was above normal standard, coffee, juice, fresh bread and pastries. Could not fault anything about this place !

We couldn’t have stayed with nicer people when our car broke down and we had to find somewhere to stay. The property was super comfy and Bruno & his wife were the kindest people ever helping us out with staying & translating for our car. Thank you very much guys you saved us!

“Thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay”

The location is in a calm, clean and semi rural town only 25 minutes from Eurotunnel. The area has lovely lakeside walks and some good restaurants. Our host Bruno was great and the B+B was extremely modern and stylish but also cosy - we absolutely loved it. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh bread and pastries fresh from the boulangerie - with cheese, jams and other spreads, fresh juice and coffee. The site also has parking and an enclosed recreation area.

Bruno and his family made us feel very welcome and the facilities they provided in their home were incredible. Communications were easy, especially when we were delayed getting there.

A beautiful house recently refurbished to the highest standard. Very clean and extremely comfortable! Huge powerful shower and very comfortable bed Great friendly welcome from Bruno who helped with restaurant recommendations and even bought in gluten free bread especially for us!

Beautiful large room with kitchen facilities and use of the garden and terrace. Was 5 mins walk to town and lake. Self service breakfast which was delicious. Bruno the host was amazing.

The property was great, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed with lovely quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent. There were dedicated car parking spaces to the rear of the property. The hosts were friendly and charming people. Handy location for Calais, about 20minutes to the Channel tunnel.
