A very pleasant and comfortable B&B, run by a lovely couple who were very friendly and helpful and couldn't have done more to make my stay enjoyable. They were also very responsive to a short notice booking, much appreciated.

Amazing b&b. John and Mary see very kind, I was hiking and they dried my shoes and clothes overnight and drove to the next town over because I left a bit late so I could make it to the next waypoint. Mary's an amazing cook and the room was perfect. I hope to come back, by and far one of the nicest homes I've stayed at! Thanks very much for everything and I hope to see you guys next summer with my sister! Love from Canada.

There are a few B&Bs I'd stay in again and Sea Villa is now one of those. Fabulous B&B on the Beara Peninsula. Very quiet and comfortable. Lovely friendly owners who even provided welcome drinks. A great breakfast with lots of choice and a lovely cove to swim in near by.

The friendliest hosts you'll ever meet, like being welcomed by old dear friends and they'd do anything for you. Very clean room with exceptionally comfortable beds, like sleeping on a cloud, and the breakfast, oh the breakfast!!!

Everything was great! I was looking for peace and quiet and got more than expected. It's like mini boutique hotel. Short walk to the strand or pier for swim. Freshly picked food for dinner, generous portions. Drinks available, what else to ask for. Had best sleep over long time. Would definitely visit again.

Thanks Mary and John, we loved our time at your beautiful house. The landscape was stunning and the rooms have the perfect view as well super comfortable furnishings. We watched the sun set and listened to the wind singing over the hills before getting the best night’s sleep we have had in ages. We had a great laugh and a fabulous breakfast, really warm hosts that also give you space and perfect advice. walked down to the mussel farms and everyone either working the farms or on the road had a friendly wave for the obvious tourist : ) highly recommended.

John and Mary are lovely owners. The atmosphere was so friendly and we felt like we are at own home. John gave us great instructions for the ring of Beara and we had an unforgettable trip. The breakfast was superb made by Mary. We will be back soon, that was a promise.

We enjoyed our nice quiet room with a beautiful view in the nature. Mary served a perfect dinner and breakfast. Especially the fresh mussels from Johns mussel Farm were delicious! I forgot my IPAD in the Sea Villa and Mary sent it immediately back home to Germany. The hospitality of from Mary and John is really exceptional!! On a scale from 1 to 10 we give 12 Points.

My fiancée and I spent one night at Sea Villa. Mary and John are excellent hosts - welcoming and easy to talk to. The homemade mussels and stew for dinner were delicious; so was breakfast. We were spoiled. The room was clean and comfortable. Beara really is a hidden gem. The view from the pier just down from their home was one of our favourites in Ireland (and we lived there for 5 years). Highly recommended!
