The location of the bungalow is good to go to Ayder and do activities like rafting,zipline and quad bike. Abdulkareem recommended us a place to do activities with a discounted price. He is a great man always willing to help. The breakfast was good too. The air-conditioning worked fine. Hot water in toilet. Fridge+Tv+boiler available in the cottage. Towels were clean and white unlike other places. I would stay here again:))

I have been really and deeply amazed by the service and the hospitality I was offered by both of Mr. Abdulkareem and Mr. Utku. They were really cooperative and responsive as well as initiative starters. The place is really comfortable, clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay in such calm, peaceful and cool environment. Markets are available. The sea is close to us as we were able to go swimming and go home relax.

Everything was really good, Bungalows are clean and pretty, near the river, area is green and peaceful. The owner and employees are very welcoming and helpful nice persons. Breakfast was tasty with a choice of coffee,tea and water. I highly recommend staying at this place:)

The place was cozy and quiet, the river was discreet there. Employees were super helpful and cooperative. The breakfast was a full table. A/c works and place is in great condition. A very private bungalow.

The location of the hotel has a very nice place in the region, the wooden coating in the rooms is very well designed and staying in this room gives you peace of mind. When you enter the room, the smell of pine that will not disturb you really makes you feel like you are in the Black Sea, and so clean and hygienic. Utku, the owner of the hotel, helped us to see the natural beauties at this region, thanks to him. I highly recommend everyone to see this beautiful place. If you want to escape few days in heaven. It is close to the sea is very nice and enjoyable.
