Staff were friendly and efficient. Quiet. I just wish they provided a hand towel in the bathroom. Maybe I am picky and probably a 1st World Problem but there were no hand towels or face washer. I probably should have called reception and asked. The carpet was stained. But all in all, bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep.
