We liked everything. The configuration of the open stairs made us feel in a cosy space, although the house is huge. The views are amazing and indeed it is very sunny. The pool could be warmer, (we were there in February), but it is great, and the kid used it. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt safe and in a lovely location. The house is just 8 minutes away from a beautiful boulevard with many restaurants, and a calm beach. The garage is very convenient.

First of all, the size and the airiness of the villa was great. Everything was clean, and there were a lot of facilities available (like an airfryer, both, waffle and sandwich makers in the kitchen, coffee machines, washing machine and drier for laundry, an exclusive full-sized bathroom for the pool). Towels were available in every room, and even beach towels for everyone. The TV in the living room was a considerable size, paired together with a soundbar. The couch is also a recliner, great for watching movies. The master bedroom looks a lot better than in the pictures, with new furniture, which also touches on some of the issues mentioned in the older comments, such as a new bed, window curtains and storage space, so I would recommend updating the pictures on the platform. There were a lot of small touches that really improved the quality of living there.

The House is amazing. Very well equipped, the heated pool is the cherry on top of the cake and the air conditioning make the house fresh in the warmest weather! Definitely coming back :)

Stunning property in a beautiful location. Sun right through until sunset, and the pool area isn't overlooked. Good wi-fi, well-equipped kitchen, on-site parking. Short drive to Calheta with excellent restaurants, supermarket and beach. Local restaurant, bars and shops just about within walking distance.

Everything. This is a very fabulous and well equipped house. It is gorgeous it makes you feel like you are in your own house. It is smartly decorated. Comfortable. Spacious. It is a very nice experience we had. And we have traveled a lot. We will definitely come back. The host are very kind and so fast to answer any questions or worries you may have. The master has a nice TV. The bathroom has the perfect light for make up :). The bed is comfortable. I mean what else do you need . It is the perfect house.... ah before I forget the swimming pool is heated....

Sunnyside Villa has beautiful view, is very well equiped and spaceous. The swimming pool is a big advantage.

the house is really really comfortable ! as the weather can be changing, we really appreciated to be in a comfortable house. the swimming pool place is really nice as well. there’s a small bar where you can buy fresh bread at a walking distance so we appreciated. Rose, the host, was really nice as well. Even if we are just next to a road, this is a very calm place.
