“A week in paradise.”

This accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, simply perfect. It is very spacious and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, and even more. The view is amazing. Waking up every morning to the ocean right in front of you was truly special. The area is very quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The pool is a huge bonus, and the beautiful garden with its small private banana plantation makes the property even more unique. Honestly, it is hard to think of what more you could wish for. The owners and Teva were extremely responsive and helpful before our arrival and throughout our stay. They answered all our questions and provided plenty of great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Madeira is a little paradise in the Atlantic, and this accommodation was one of the highlights of our entire experience on the island. We did not have any issues with pests or insects during our stay.

There is no traffic around the house, so it could be a very calm place if there were no dogs around. The house is big enough for more than two people, but the bedrooms are not separate well from the living space, from the hall, so it could be noisy. The kitchen is well-equipped. Ants are the problem, but maybe only this season. We were happy about the heating in the living room, it was cold outside. The terrace and swimming pool look nice in the picture, but it is not very practical and usable when is windy, rainy, or sunny. The swimming pool is sooo cold, good only for summertime. It is close to the Calheta and to the Paul da Serra. We don't have problems with the hills. We like flowers around the house, and bananas too.

“Absolutely stunning villa in a lovely Maderian village”

Absolutely everything. From our late evening arrival being met by Teva, who looks after the villa, to leaving 14 days later, we could not have asked for more. The villa is immaculate and well furnished. The kitchen is huge and stocked with just about everything you could need during your stay. The terraces at the ground floor level and down at the pool level are very spacious with plenty of outside furniture and sun beds. The pool is quite large for a single villa. The whole property is very secure with access through 2 electric gates.

Loreto Luxury is an amazing place..It offers spacious appartments with huge terraces, swimming pool with astonishing view to the sunsets on the ocean, every possible equipment and utensils to spent unforgettable time on Madeira.

Waking up with this view is amazing, and you can see it from all parts of the house, we even managed to see dolphins from the terrace! Very friendly welcome from the host and quick reaction when we needed help. It's very quiet around, it gives a great relax.

Fantastic, beautiful property - overlooking the sea with private pool, large patio, good kitchen facility and nice lounge area. Donna & Hugh were super helpful and Teja met us on arrival and helped us with any questions throughout our stay I'm pretty sure we'll be coming back!

“Large well equipped Villa on the approach to the village of Loreto- with stunning ocean view !”

Affordable, large & very well equipped 3 bedroom villa with excellent ensuite to master bedroom, very spacious dining room/lounge area and excellent kitchen; located in a small gated development of similar style villas. Very large sun terrace and separate very clean swimming pool (the swimming pool is un-heated and was a little too cold for us in October - those braver than us will no doubt make greater use of the pool !) on further terrace below. The property is located on the road as it makes it way uphill to the village of Loreto which has a few shops, a bank, a small supermarket and the excellent Italian/pizza restaurant 'Naye' where we had dinner twice & would recommend (10 min walk uphill from Villa). Excellent directions to the Villa provided by the Owners; good communications throughout with both the Owners and their local property manager (Teva). The luxury element of this property, though (in our view), has to be the ocean view which is stunning and practically uninterrupted. Our over-riding memory of this Villa will be sunsets/sun rises over the ocean and star gazing when the evening sky was clear.

“Relax and explore from beautiful villa in the hills”

House was extremely spacious and we had a blast in a group of 6. Even though the pool wasn’t heated, the water was amazing - maybe due to a beautiful weather we had all stay. Views from the property are even better than at the photos. The house is placed in the closed neighboorhood so you feel secure at all time. Teva which was our host, was very responsive at any needs or requests we had - obrigado!
