Vasilia & Tsambikos are the perfect hosts at Villa Nefeli. They are not only very generous and and generous but they have also put a lot of thought into the design and kitting out of the accommodation. The villa itself is a traditional seaside holiday cottage, full of character but also significantly modernised to meet contemporary expectations. We loved the outside access to the upstairs bedroom, the luxurious bathrooms and the outdoor areas which always provide shade and sun.

“Beautiful authentic quiet Greek villa beside beach and town”

Loved the Villa. It felt authentically greek which was exactly what we were looking for. We did not want a hotel resort. The owners Tsampikos and Vasilia were 2 of the nicest people we have ever met. Vasilia checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we need. Tsampikos popped in a few times to take care of the garden and make sure we were happy. The villa was in the town but also very peaceful and quiet. It was a tiny stroll from the beach. The garden was absolutely gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere and fairy lights all round. Would highly recommend.

We loved this house and its magnificent, bucolic garden. Vasilia and Tsampikos are adorable, very concerned about the well-being of their guests and at their disposal. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the villa and the atmosphere exceeded all our expectations. Friendly and helpful host, nice villa with garden, bbq area, open spaces. Access to the sea within less than 5 minutes! Highly recommended.

“A perfect, peaceful stay!”

Our stay at Villa Nefeli was an absolute dream. Stegna is a great little town but we were happily one street removed from the busy main strip, and heard no cars, music, or tourists. The whole house is so peaceful in the little orange grove and we loved relaxing in the garden and cabana. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs all felt very freshly renovated, modern, and clean. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and Tsampikos even brought us extra supplies for breakfast when the town lost power for a morning. We were so grateful for Tsampikos’ warm and welcoming demeanour and can definitely recommend a stay at Villa Nefeli.

“A fantastic and beautifully thought out hideaway”

This was self catering accommodation and the hosts had really thought of everything we might need - even a tea pot and filter papers for the coffee. It was our honeymoon and it felt like a great romantic hideaway. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we felt at home and were looked after. There were several fabulous places to sit in the garden or for eating breakfast in the sun. We also really liked how easy it was to get a scooter, a motorboat hire and book in a massage locally at Stegna. This was a great location for exploring the island and the wonderful hospitable people there. We loved Kozas restaurant down on the seafront too.

“Highly recommended traditional house in Stegna beach”

Everything was perfect - recently refurbished traditional house in great location 2 min walking from the nice Stegna beach. There is space for four people - one of the bed is on a typical wooden structure inside the sitting room and close to the very modern and well equipped kitchen. Not recommended for elderly people as you need to climb some steps. The other bedroom is amazing with terrace and a window facing the sea - sunrise is so nice from there. The bedroom is en suite and the bathroom is great, very big and comfortable with jacuzzi and all comforts, including bathrobes! Buganville plants are all around the house and make it so pleasant and colorful . I loved that a lot!! Washing machine is also available with detergents included! Moreover two big patios, one in the front and the other at the back of the house with stone oven and bbq make the house absolutely gorgeous! Last but not least, Vasileia and Tsambiko , the owners, are so nice and kind - we felt immediately at ease with them - absolutely delicious people, helpful and friendly. We loved them and be always thankful for their positive attitude. This property is highly recommended.

It's a beautiful authentic Rhodian villa, but still very modern, clean and comfortable. Tsampikos and Vasileia are extremely nice and ready to help with anything any moment. They showed a lot of love towards our little son and provided everything that a baby could possibly need. Wifi is also great. Can recommend this place, if you're looking for unique greek atmosphere and hospitality.

“Charming villa with modern finishings and lovely owners - we would stay again!”

We were only the second people to book and stay in this newly refurbished and charming villa 3 minutes walk from the beach in Stegna. Set on two floors, the ground floor comprises a double bed, comfortable living space, TV, AC, fully kitted out kitchen, and bathroom. Upstairs is a modern bedroom and with private balcony. The room comes with jacuzzi, TV, and AC. The front porch and backyard are beautiful and comfortable seating areas for meals or a glass of wine. I really enjoyed the private reading nook cut into the mountain! The place also has excellent wifi. The house is finished to a very high standard as shown in the photographs, which are a good representation. It is clear that the owners have poured a lot of love and care into upgrading this traditional Rhodian villa. Tsampikos and Vasileia were warm and very helpful. They met us on arrival to show us the place, gave us great recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and activities. They also responded promptly to any questions we had. We would stay here again!

“Exciting accomodation with a great deal of privacy. Superb hosts.”

We have been to Stegna more than dozen times (literally), staying at various apartments. This time we (2 adults, 2 children) chose Villa Nefeli and we will be excited to come here again. The villa is a newly renovated one and comprises of two floors, two bathrooms with toilet and a small kitchen. The accomodation also includes two terraces, one of them in front of the house (covered by a pergola with climbing plants and flowers providing nice and usefull shelter from the sun), the other one behind the house (with a large umbrella, grill and even traditional oven), external shower and a large garden. The accomodation provides a dreat deal of privacy while being at the heart of Stegna, a few minutes from the beach, two supermarkets and variety of restaurants and bars. Wifi was far above Stegna`s average. Kitchen was equipped with everything one needs for preparation of both cold and hot meal, both floors are air-conditioned. The upper floor`s bathroom also includes a jacuzzi. A word needs to be said about the hosts, who were fantastic. Both Vasileia and Tsampikos were exceptionally kind and friendly, making arriving at the house and leaving it smooth and pleasant. There were always keen to assist and solve any issues (which we needed once as the wind locked the upper door). Vasileia, Tsampikos, thank you for having made our stay with you simply great. We will be more than happy to come again!
