“Everything was perfect”

The pension is located in a strategic point of the island. It’s pretty close to the most famous beaches, 20 minutes away from Faliraki and 20 minutes from Lindos. The room was clean and had been renovated very recently (the furniture still smelled new). The place was very quiet and relaxing. Everything was on point really, but the part of our stay we won’t forget is the people who runs it. We met Mr Nikos and his lovely wife, and we were at a loss for words because of their hospitality and kindness. They really treated us like our grandparents would have, offering us fresh fruit from their garden, lending us a beach umbrella and helping us in every way they could have. If I were to return to Rhodes I wouldn’t esitate to choose Pension Annoula again. Greetings from Italy 🇮🇹

The room was simple but it had everything we needed: air conditioning, a balcony, a place to dry our laundry, a large wardrobe. The location was perfect: in the middle of the island, in a small and quiet village where is super easy to find a parking spot. The best thing about the apartment were the host and his wife: they were the sweetest and kindes people ever, they made us feel like we were home. The breakfast also was homemade and abundant. The last day we had to leave at 5am and they prepared our breakfast the day before to take away. Really amazing experience.

The owners were really fantastic, the room is simple but very clean with air conditioning and a fridge. In the center of Archangelos with easy parking. High recommended!

“Good value for money”

The accommodation is located in Archangelos, which allows for easy transport around the island. The area is also not too touristy, making it a good place for rest, with plenty of well-priced restaurant options. There is no designated parking, but it is possible to park on the streets, and it is not difficult to find a spot nearby. As for the accommodation itself, it is owned by a nice, friendly elderly couple. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with AC available, and the bathrooms are private. The breakfasts are large, filling, and quite healthy. Overall, I recommend this place as it offers good value for money.

Pension Annoula must be the best booking regarding money/value we've ever done. If you're looking for a great starting spot to explore Rhodos and need just basics - a bed to sleep in with a bathroom and a fridge to store some food, then this is it. The rooms are reasonably sized, the location is great, just a few mins walking to the biggest supermarket in the town (Bazzar) and a great coffee spot (Gregory's) next to it. The owners are very friendly and always present (they live in the main building) and ready to help and greet you in the morning & evening. Parking is available on the streets near the entrance and we've never had a problem to find a spot, whatever time we arrived back from our exploring. We can definitely recommend this place, and should we visit Rhodos again, I wouldn't hesitate to book again. --- Other reviewers may mention some "negative" things, but I'd consider them to be a nitpicks, this really is the best money/value booking one can find, but one also must treat it as such. To be fair, here are some facts, but don't take them as negatives per se: - the pillows can indeed be tougher (we've experienced two separate rooms during our stay and one had good pillows, the other had them a bit tougher) → my GF did not mind and I used my own in the end - the WiFi can get a bit overwhelmed in the evenings when everyone is in their rooms - don't expect any movie streaming, but for casual browsing (facebook/instagram/etc) it's okay - no putting toilet paper in the toilet, but rather, in a bin → that's a Greek thing, and the bins are cleaned every day, so no real issue there - both rooms we stayed at had shower curtains → yes the bathroom gets quite wet during showering but it's built for that with a drain in the middle, so again, it's by design and no real issue

Nicos and Hula are absolutely delightful. Couldn't do enough for us. Rooms are well appointed and clinically clean. Great breakfast. Thoroughly recommend. Great communication prior to stay.

“Lovely stay”

It was great to stay here, the owner did his very best to make it the most comfortable for us. The room was very big and we had a nice balcony. The appartment was also close to the town and also the most beautiful beaches are about 10 min away by car. We were also recommended to eat at Afentika, which is a traditional Greek restaurant and the food was very good and very cheap!

The host is an older gentleman who is very kind, friendly and direct. He speaks excellent German. He is a loving, generous person. You can have a good conversation with him. He made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Although the rooms are not too big, they had everything we needed. The rooms are clean. Cleaning is done every day, bed linen and towels are changed every two days. They made sure that the cleaning happens when we are not disturbed by the cleaning lady (during breakfast). The breakfast was abundant and it always included plenty of fresh fruit. The accommodation is an excellent starting point for a meaningful holiday, the use of a scooter or car is recommended. Great value for money, shops, pharmacy, bars and some restaurants are nearby. Thanks Nico and Dimitra for everything, we had a really great time. :)

Niko is a great host together with his wife,. He really took care of us. He speaks German very well as he was a German teacher in high school Breakfast is very large and good :)

“I can recommend. If you just looking place to sleep it's decent”

I gave 8, was thinking about 9 as for the price I think it was good value and host is absolutely amazing and super nice. Double checking if everything is good, even making sure you will have breakfast, haha. Air condition is there, all fine. Breakfast included but literally as on pictures The good part is, you have an actual quite big market like 3 minutes walking from the pension and one small shop with grocery, a one minute away (cash only i think). -there are coffee and places where you you can sit down. - nice beach just 3km (40 minute walk) away and in July was absolutely empty. It was a decent one. There is also very nice bar in tropic style with good food and not to pricey. Stigma beach 😊 I know its not about the place but always good to read this kind of info - it there is cheap bike rental in Rhodos. 12 euro for day and 20 if you want to give it back next day Place its really OK if u want to just sleep over and not bothered too much about high standard and location.
