“An impeccably clean, beautiful home with truly warm welcoming hosts.”

I chose this house for several reasons: it’s detached, offers views of both the sea and the mountains, is close to a beach, has private on-site parking, and great outdoor relaxation options. But above all, I chose it because of the excellent reviews. And I have to say: I’ve traveled to many places and stayed in various hotels, apartments, and cottages, but I have never felt as welcome and well-cared for as I did here with these owners. The house was also spotlessly clean, which is very important to me. Let me explain why: on our way to the house, we were caught in a very heavy and brutal hailstorm—the most intense I have ever experienced. Hail was clattering everywhere and water was gushing as far as the eye could see. The road there was winding, with lots of inclines and declines, which made it a very stressful drive. Fortunately, we arrived safe and sound and were given a warm, personal welcome. A delicious warm meal and a fresh Greek salad were waiting for us. It was so generous that it could have fed five people, even though there were only three of us. It was exactly what we needed after such a stressful journey. And there was more: six bottles of water, rosé, and fruit juice in the fridge; shower gel, shampoo, soap, and conditioner; a giant bowl of fruit; mosquito plugs, bathrobes, towels... everything was there. You definitely need a rental car to visit all the local sights, but we had a wonderful holiday and were able to truly relax at Paithea Luxury House. I would recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you for our blissful stay!

Hosts were very friendly and communicated well. Welcomed us with a lovely meal and some essentials. Apartment was clean and comfortable, fairly well equipped. Amazing view from the terrace, though in the summer it must be scorching.

“Nice apartment close to the sea”

Well equipped nice and comfy apartment with sea view. As we arrived late afternoon we got a very good dinner as a gift. The apartment is clean and very nice overall, few minutes walking from the beach.

New and very well furnished/equipped house. Great view on the mountains and the sea, close to the beach (5 min walk, but quite a bit uphill). Comfortable beds, and mosquito nets in front of all windows. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

“Superb location, sea view, modern and clean!”

This is a really special villa. It's brand new. From the moment we arrived our hosts Katarina and Manuel were so welcoming. From the welcome to the home made snacks and the spotlessly clean accommodation we were absolutely delighted. The villa is modern, very clean with some lovely luxury touches and mood lighting in the master bedroom. The views are amazing and it's very close to the beach. There is quite a steep road up to the villa and we had a car which helped immensely; however it is totally walkable down to the bars and restaurants on the sea front. There are lovely spaces to sit outside in the evening. A table to eat at the front, and a beautiful space with comfortable squashy bowl chairs and huge umbrella canapé to sit under round the side. All amenities were new and having a washing machine and drying area around the back of the villa was fantastic. It's really quiet and ideal for some peace and serenity.
