Woodville Beach Townhouse 6 is located in Arcadia, opposite Geoffrey Bay Beach. The Townhouse is just a short 500 metre walk from Alma Bay. The complex has a shared pool and private parking for guests to access. Townhouse 6 has 3 bedrooms and is fully self-contained with an open living and dining area with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities and air conditioning throughout. There is a balcony off the main bedroom with views towards Geoffrey Bay. Magnetic Island is just a 25-minute ferry ride from Townsville.

“Perfect family holiday venue”
Absolutely loved how child friendly the property was for our toddler, there were even kids toys & Disney movies for bedtime for him. Also super close to the beach, wallabies & the pub next door which had a superb pool

The unit was fairly spacious (bedrooms and kitchen), but dining/living area a little cramped. The location was excellent, with the pub and bus stop only a few minutes walk. On the Esplanade, so great for walks. And very a quite spot.
