Overview
Kooyong Apartment 4 is a budget beach flats located in Arcadia, only 100 metres from Alma Bay. The complex has a large swimming pool and shared outdoor dining and BBQ area. Apartment 4 is a 2-bedroom unit featuring polished timber floors, a large open living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning in the main bedroom only. Magnetic Island is just a 25-minute ferry ride from Townsville. Please note that the Schoolies or School leavers will not be accepted.

The location was convenient for catching the bus. The gardens and pool area were beautiful and well maintained. The apartment was very neat and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Superb location right down the road from Alma Bay. Great accommodation with ability to sleep 4 people in the spare bedroom. Provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash and not only bath towels but pool towels as well. It had everything we need and lots of space.

Kooyong apartments is second to none in my experience in relation to cleanliness and value for money. It was absolutely spotless. I have OCD and usually when we arrive at a hotel or any holiday accomodation,I clean the fridge doors,bathroom sink etc before we unpack. At this place,I did not have to do that! It was very clean. The location is in a prime spot. About 100m from the stunning Alma Bay ,the pub & a bottle shop . The 2 bedroom apartment we had was upstairs and offers magnificent views of nature . Kids loved the pool. Pool towels were supplied. This is what lacks with some accomodation providers. It was quiet. The whole complex is well maintained and has a comfortable and safe home vibe. It is also very sound proof between the master bedroom and the kids room. The entire apartment is spacious. It has everything a family requires ,fully equipped kitchen,washing machine,even books and a dishwasher. Beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive;excellent communication.We will certainly stay here again. I highly recommend Kooyong Apartments.

Location is perfect. Pool and BBQ area and gardens are awesome, clean and well maintained. Cabins are well set out and have everything you need. We love kooyong. Will definitely be back again.
