The description of this property is very misleading. It is presented as an airport hotel, but it is not located at the airport and you cannot simply walk there. You need to take a taxi or some form of transport to reach the property. Even when you ask the property about transfers, the information is not organized or helpful. When calling to ask how to reach the place, I was told something like “just go to the right and you will see us,” which is simply not true. You cannot just walk there or see the property from the airport. You must arrange transportation yourself. In reality, this is not really a hotel. It is basically just a few rooms in a house. Calling it “Yerevan Airport Hotel” creates the expectation of an actual hotel near the airport, which is misleading. The description should be corrected so travelers clearly understand what they are booking.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally complain about our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards that were advertised on your website. First of all, the hotel room was not clean at all and there were cockroaches in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unacceptable. Secondly, the weather was very cold during our stay, and we repeatedly asked the reception to turn on the heating. However, the heating was either not turned on or was extremely weak, which made the room very cold. In addition, your website clearly stated that the hotel provides an airport shuttle service. However, this service was not provided to us, and we had to take a taxi to the airport at our own expense. Furthermore, breakfast was not provided to us at all. When we asked about breakfast, we were told that we had to pay 4,000 AMD for it, which was not mentioned clearly during our booking. Overall, the services we received were very different from what was advertised. “Good cheap option to spend a night.”
The room is rather new, moreover - there are two rooms in my appt. The hostess was VERY attentive! Some dishes from the ordered food were good!
