“Poor communication, with no response about a jacket left behind”
What would have been a great stay was overshadowed by the fact I left my jacket in the room when we departed. I messaged the hotel about retrieval first in english and then in bulgarian but had no response.

“A cosy place in traditional Bulgarian style”
A guesthouse in the traditional Bulgarian style, very cosy, clean and nice. There is a restaurant at the house, offering also traditional food, which is a great plus, as well as the breakfast we had in the morning. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Rooms are ok as size, beds are confortable and big. 3 options for breakfast and good coffee. Lovely terrace at same level with the rooms where you can stay and enjoy your dinner with the family and friends.

“Avoid staying on a Saturday!”
It was a fine location, and the staff were great, but no one warned us that there would be a very noisy party on the Saturday until that evening.

A nice family hotel in the center of Arbanasi. Very polite and helpful personnel. Spacious and clean rooms. The hotel has a good restaurant, which was much appreciated after a long trip.
