“Ok for one/two nights as a stop during a trip but not for a longer family stay.”
Good air conditioning making possible to sleep windows closed and in the quiet (if you have non disturbing neighbourgs...). Very close from Khor Virap. Good wifi.

The only proper accommodation in the area. Nice groomed territory, restaurant in the yard, marvelous view to Ararat

“nice and kindfull place”
The location is very near to Yerevan and its good for have a rest before arrive to Yerevan. Breakfast is very good and organic material. They have a good stuff and very kindfull. I enjoy their good and nice area.
