“Not nice but no choice as all the other hotels where booked during the stay.”
The guy at the reception was rude. The guy during the morning shift was nice but the one who takes the late afternoon shift was rude. When asks he don’t answer nicely and always on the phone. The bathroom smells not good. The remote for the ac is not working as the battery is drained. No available towels for the guest, you have to request which is not nice as it should be automatically at the bathroom during the check in.
