“Comfortable, on our route out of Namibia. Was not aware had to pay hosts in cash.”
On a farm so expect farm life and farm environment. Our aircon did not work.

“Great and worth a visit!!”
Unfortunately we stayed only one night... This farm is a lot nicer in reality; the pictures at booking.com do not fit the place!! We really enjoyed the green oasis in the middle of the Kalahari desert, Marianne´s and Danny´s sincere hospitality and, of course, besides the good talks, the viewing of the farm which Danny offers to his guests. It was kind of education while travelling :-) A paradise for people interesting in farming! Be aware, that this place is self-catering (which we didn´t have in mind...) but we´ve got delicious biscuits and enough beer to have an amazing evening :-)) We will come back when visiting Namibia again!

“The most amazing hosts made for a very special stay!”

“Full experience of a farm life”
Perfect insight into a life on a Namibian farm. Lovely lush green garden, private waterhole. Comfy and fully equipped apartments. We also got a big glass of home milk and could buy some food, esp. meat from the owners. Very interesting and fun farm drive with the owner - full of facts and hands-on experience. And the owners are very nice, friendly and ready to help with anything. We had a wonderful restful weekend in the Kalahari farm!

The friendly welcome by the owners. The accommodation was located on a working farm . The room and facilities were compact but ok for us. We did see some wildlife that came to the watering hole. The various fowls amused us with some of their behaviour. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

“Nice guest farm experience in the Kalahari.”
Nice location about 10 km of Aranos in the middle of the Namibian Kalahari. There are some nice dunes on the property and the owner is happy to show you around or let you drive in the sand. Descent rooms with everything you need. Good breakfast.
