The staff were always friendly and helpful and although it was about a 10 minute walk to the centre we didn’t mind as we like walking. Also we liked being able to park in the hotel car park.

“Nice weekend getaway”
Good location and although the room was small, it had a nice small terrace with a view to the arena. Breakfast was also good.

“Large rooms; simple accommodation at a reasonable price within walking distance of the centre”
I got a wonderfully large room, almost a flat, with a large bedroom, a hall and a separate, large bathroom. There were two balconies, one on each side, and a really impressive view from one of them. Very positive: a bathtub (with shower), rather than a plain shower. One of the staff members at reception was really helpful and efficient (but the other one didn't seem to know what she was doing). The location was good, especially for my conference at the university, but it's slightly on the outskirts of town if you're interested in visiting the centre and the tourist attractions. WiFi works just fine.

“Two night stay in Aranjuez”
Easy to access from the autovía A4, secure parking available. Friendly and helpful staff. 20 minutes walk from the Royal Palace. Great view of the bullring from our room, which had a terrace. Small room but had all the amenities we needed, and a very comfortable bed.
