Very nice one room apartment combining bedroom, sofa and kitchen. Well equipped kitchen where there is more than you could think off, oven as well as dolce.gusto machine included. Bed is extremely large and quite comfy. Large terrasse with 4 chairs and table. Very central but also within walking distance.(10min) to free parking near Simon de Colonia public School, Calle.Padre.Janariz.

The location is excellent and we could park nearby very easily. The bed is very big and very comfortable and the apartment was extremely clean.

“Ribera de Duero Winery visits”
Apartment is perfectly located in a heart of Aranda de Duero. We came to get to know wineries around the area. Apartment has wonderful setting for two, nice living/kitchen combination, comfortable bedroom and big bathroom. Each room has small balcony. Apartment was very clean and well arranged. Also Tamara welcomed us warmly and check-in was smooth. We were able to park the car in front of the apartment, which was very convenient. We would definitely would stay here again, without doubt!

“Unhappy experience , not recommended”
The bed was broken. One of us couldn’t sleep the whole night. Mattress was too soft.the dining table was under the roof, we had to be careful all the time not to break our head!

“A great stop”
The apartment was exceptional. Large and very modern. Beautifully furnished and well thought out. We had everything we needed for our stay which was only one night. We would have been more than comfortable to stay for much longer though. We paid just a little extra to house our car in a lock up garage although it probably would have been safe on the street. It was worth it not to worry about it though. Although we didn’t meet our hostess she was always contactable almost immediately and was very helpful. The town of Aranda was full of life and buzz and we enjoyed a meal and a pleasant stroll. Another good stop for us.

“Good as expected stay.”
Apartment is fully functioning as expected. Nothing to complain. Good working air conditioning. Quiet. Plus: good located in Centre town and you have a roomy garage to park your car for 10euros/day so no parking problems. Plus: got a WhatsApp just after 1400hr check-in time with all relevant details, how to enter apartment, adres, etc. Then a whatsapp about the internet code and a video how to operate the doors of the garage. Excellent. We have not seen anybody of the owners of the apartment.

“Ideally located studio apartment”
Location is very convenient, just in the city center while still easy to reach by car Garage in the building, although be careful with very low cars as there is a bumb to get in and out (normal BMW 3 always touched it with the belly, but not problematic) Easy to contact staff
