Very good contact with the owner, he was always available if you had any questions or requests. My apartment was very central, a few minutes to the beach, supermarket almost next door. Although the area is very lively, the apartment was pleasantly quiet thanks to good doors and windows. Was there for 3 weeks and really enjoyed my apartment. Room service and cleaning every 3 days, carried out by the very nice Siddhesh, thank you again

Very neat clean and comfortable room. On earlier trips I had tried out other places in Arambol, and House of Brothers is definitely the best that I have seen in this area, in terms of general upkeep and environment. Ajay and Akshay - the brothers running the guest house - are welcoming, helpful, and keen to ensure that you are comfortable. AirCon worked well. Fridge in my room was also a positive. The attached restaurant 'Dudu's Falafel' is also good and has a nice vibe.

Super clean, very safe and in a great location. Great balcony with seating area, ice cold air conditioning in the room, good big fridge. Shower room is good with plenty of hot water and soft, clean towels. Rooms cleaned daily if requested. Akshay the owner is a superb host and can organise anything you need such as bike hire or airport transfers at a very reasonable rate. All in, a great experience, and thoroughly recommended.

Greetings to all! I want to write a great review about this hotel! My wife and I really liked everything! above all our expectations. location, safety, attitude of staff towards guests. I would like to specifically note the cleanliness of the rooms and area. We suddenly decided to change location in the middle of our vacation, just for a change. but having looked for another hotel in the area, they could not find a place with the same cleanliness, so they stayed with the Brothers until their departure. And finally, a special compliment to the hotel owners! these cheerful and kind brothers were happy to help us in any matter! Aksai and Eddie, thank you very much for everything!
