“Million dollar view on a budget!”

It’s such a peaceful place. There is no road, no traffic noise, just sounds from nature and the waves. I’ve seen dolphins, different kinds of sea eagles, monkeys etc from the balcony. Although it’s very peaceful it’s not more than a 10 min walk to «this is it» famous for it’s live music and concerts, and other restaurants and bars on the other side of the hill. I was expecting slow wifi, but it’s actually excellent. The staff here are also lovely, they do their best to make sure you have everything you need.

The location is great, right near the beach. It also seems to attract pretty nice people - at least when we were there, the vibe was very friendly. Tilu, the manager, contacted us on WA prior to arrival making it easier to find the place

“Peaceful with the ocean & wind sound, loved it”

Our room on top floor was amazing, it's small but just enough for the two of us and the view is magical. We had complete privacy and it is close to the beach and all of the happenings yet in peaceful area so we could chill and listen to the waves. I loved sleeping with the sounds of just the wind and the ocean. I highly recommend

The staff were helpful and friendly. As were local traders on the clifftop path below our room. Good budget ensuite room with a balcony. Our window and balcony overlooked a small beach and rocks below. We could lie in bed and listen to the waves lapping below. Very close to bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to arombal beach one way and 5 minutes to the wilder sweet lake beach the other way. Though we did have a good place to swim directly below our accommodation.

Real nice and quiet place on the Cliffside with transportationservice (if required) of your luggage. Wonderful sunset & Nice restaurants around. Had a wonderful time...

TIRU THE MANAGER IS AMAZING! He was SO helpful and thoughtful and helped resolve a difficult situation. I did not like the room at the cliffside guesthouse and he found me another room at the central Naik Guesthouse which I much preferred. He saved the day! He responded to every text and did everything he could to help me whenever I had any trouble. He was really amazing. He also helped me with everything in Goa- transportation, shifting rooms, recommendations- everything! He really made the stay a smooth and comfortable one after a rocky start. Thank you Tiru!

“A great guesthouse in a quiet location with wonderful views”

We had a great stay at Om Ganesh Naik. The location is along the cliff about 5 minutes from the main beach which is great because it is quieter. We had a wonderful shared balcony with a panoramic view of the ocean. The manager Tilu was extremely helpful and kind and all of the staff were really nice.

Great hosts, english speaking and very helpful, clean towels on demand, good location near Kalacha beach - better then Arambol beach. Balcony with sea view and place is quiet in the night.
