“Amazing hosts, Wonderful Stay”

The host couple, Mrs. & Mr. Joe Luis, are beyond exceptional😍loving and generous, they shower you with genuine affection and care! I was totally overwhelmed by their hospitality. The AC double room was well furnished with a large table and chair besides the kingsize bed, a well equipped kitchenette and private bath were attached with the room. Rates are more than reasonable and oh that means so much to me at least!! They also have a full-time driver and vehicle on call for touring or pickup and drop-again at reasonable rates. All in all it was an amazing stay. I feel as iv made two simply wonderful friends for life🌹

Joe is the manager of the property & he is very help full even in the night hours aswell Best part is property , is just 2 mins away from the Russian beach Arambol

“Great hosts”

Very hospitable hosts. I appreciated them meeting me at the bus stop and transferring my luggage and also transferring it for the return journey. There were many good shops and eateries nearby.

Good place, wonderful owner, close to the beach and restaurants but quiet.

Hosts, Joe and his family were kind

Lovely Homestay, good location nearby the beach and restaurants, comfortable and clean room, and Joe is a great host, very kind and always keen to help.

The property was very near to the beach. The people- Uncle Joe, Maria Aunty and Malcolm...all of them were exceptionally good. They helped us in every possible way. We felt at home right after the first night. Joe uncle looked after all our needs. The neighborhood was very good. Many grocery and beverage shops nearby, and there were many restaurants as well.

I like the hospitality it was awesome...we feel that we are staying in our home.Joe's uncle and his family are very nice and feel like family members....! Whenever I go to Goa I will go again... Thank you joe uncle...

“A comfortable night in Arambol”

The hospitality received from Uncle Joe and family was fabulous. The room was spacious, neat and clean. The beach is just few mins walk away from this homestay.

First of all, I would like to Thank Joe uncle who is very friendly, helping and guide for whoever stays in Madrid home. He is having wealth of knowledge to share and guide you properly which sites to visit when. Joe uncle is very polite and gentle man on the earth. Madrid home is very close to Arambol beach. Parking is neaby which charges Rs. 100 for one day and Rs. 50 for 4 hours. Madrid home is home outside our home.

Everything around was close and ppl were very friendly. Most important the place, Mr. Joe and Mr. Malcum were very help and had suggested for some good places to visit. It's very close to sweet water lake, Arambol. just 200 meters from Arambol beach. if your looking to just relax and enjoy your stay. this is the best area to be in and this place is very close.
