“Amazing place.. amazing host”
The villa is the same in real as it looks in the picture. The host, Paresh is a perfect person you would want to have as your host. He himself came all the way to the main road to receive us and was kid enough to arrange a cab to the airport when our pre booked cab got cancelled. 5 star quality service

“no no no place to stay ....owner is always drunk and rude”
Pathetic place ...none of the basic amenities were provided....bad odour ...no soap or shampoo...owner Paresh was drunk and kept us awake till midnight ...we had walk thru garbage to reach the resort ....keep us waiting for one hour to give the location...we had booked it for 2 days ....however checked out in a day...we lost our money and patience....when complained he stated it's not a 5 star hotel ...was arrogant and rude ...please don't stay here .. worst experience till date....

Location is good, villa is situated in the main market, Arambol beach is on 3-5 min walkable distance. Villa is specious, clean and well maintained. small garden is available for late night chill/chit chat, but carry mosquito repellent without fail. Special guest a beautiful cat is present for welcome to see off. we didn't meet owner personally, but communicate via call and WhatsApp. They guide u on call if need any help/query

Paresh and his wife have been generous and helpful hosts. The apartment itself was spacious with 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom, and a huge living space with kitchen and dining area. It was 5 minutes to the beach, surrounded by other buildings in the northern part of Arambol with its magnificent and unique beach atmosphere. We can recommend this apartment very much.

I was a wonder to discover a very spacious, bright and clean elbow room in the European style at Arambol. New, just build-up space will most suitable for even 5-7 people family. Good for work, chill and party🕺
