The cottages were fantastic. A beautiful little house, so very comfy, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The cottages were well maintained and had stunning views The cottages expected our expectation . It was impeccably clean and the location was perfect offering both privacy and convenience Sagar and the cook are the perfect hosts and were excellent with us. Excellent base for travelling around, breath-taking views. So peaceful and calm. Thank you both so very much for making our holiday so very special. We had an amazing stay and would like to visit again. Highly recommended! Akshay Ingale.

“Overall stay was relaxing and pleasant.”
Breakfast was good (omelette superb!) Location was picturesque; however if there was arrows on the road leading to arambol beach , would have been better for access! Pool was quite nice and clean. Room was very clean.

“Disappointing stay”
Absolutely no facilities for the price paid. 1. No hot water. Even after letting the staff know , no alternate arrangements made 2. No cleaning done. We had to tell them to change the sheets Towels and provide soap 3. Frequent power cuts and the TV in room was also not functioning 4. Pathetic WiFi connection and mobile data does not work there. Atleast make sure Wi-Fi is accessible 5. food ordered to room was delivered after 1.5 hours after constant follow ups

There was no power and no power backup. Lot of mosquitoes. No food was available at premises. Internet wasn't working
