I was very lucky to find this hotel to start my vacation. I was met with great care at the airport, and since it was my first time in India, this was very important to me. I was incredibly happy to be in your hotel. I really liked the hosts, with whom I always felt comfortable and safe. Thank you so much for the cleanliness of the room, the public spaces, and the cozy atmosphere you provided. Thank you for being so attentive to all my requests. I would also like to highlight the hotel's location; in my opinion, it's perfect for this village. I would definitely like to return here again and would recommend this place to my friends.

“Perfect and had wonderful time”

The rooms were quite interesting like you’ll find the peace and feel the fresh air… no disturbance at all and the interior was quite interesting classy.

Mostly I like everything yes room was little small but the price what I paid is not much they place a rate as per their facility n other things. So I am satisfy n will come back soon. It was last day n I can book only a day.

great accommodation , nice breeze on the third floor, ok cleening, good communication with owner. It is kinda best place in this price range in this part.

Everything was so nice! Helen was so good with us, making our check in super easy and the rest of our stay as well. Super well located, right next to the beach and restaurants of Arambol beach.

Really nice, clean, and comfortable guest house. Right next to the beach. You can go to sleep listening to real waves. Angelo and Helen were excellent hosts, I organised a Airport pickup ( saved a lot of hassle after travelling for 18 hours) at a very reasonable price. I also rented a brand new scooter ( again for a reasonable price) which I scratched, Angelo was very cool about the whole incident. I will return next year!

The location is great. It's right in the heart of it and its literaly on the beach. The only thing is you can hear loud music coming from the beach bars which are suppose to stop around 11pm but in my experience it was more like midnight.
