1. *Hot Water Issue:* The hotel did not provide a consistent hot water supply. While they gave us a water heater on request, we had to ask for it repeatedly, which was inconvenient and frustrating. This issue persisted for all *4 days* of our stay. 2. *No Dustbin in One Room:* One of the rooms lacked basic amenities like a dustbin, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. 3. *Customer Service Response Delay:* Despite reaching out to Booking.com for assistance, I received a message stating that your team would call me within *24 hours*. It has now been *4 days*, and I have still not received a response.
