Good location if you are here for the Aral Sea and the museum. Ok hotel. A bit pricey for what you got, but the breakfast was good.

“Expensive disappointment, but probably still the best in Aral”
The hotel was renovated a while ago and looks fresh and modern. The beds are comfortable, the room is nice and cool and shower gel and a toothbrush are included. Highlight for me were the staircases, which are designed for taller floors but installed anyway and are now sloped. Not considering the price, it is passable.

This was a good hotel with a nice breakfast and very near to Aral's main sites. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were very accommodating.

“Alright but nothing special”
Aral Hotel has no real competitors in the town. It is clean and apparently is undergoing/has just undergone, some basic renovatIon, judging by the smell of fresh paint on the floor I stayed in. The elevator is a welcome change from a series of “stairs only” hotels in Kazakhstan. Reception could only be described as taciturn, but the process worked OK. My double room was comfortable enough, with good bed and A/C, and a fridge. No kettle, though. Hot water was good, at good pressure.

Lovation pretty jolly good. Aral; is a quiet town and the railway nlooises from the tracks abot a kilometre away were welcome :-) Spotless, very comfortable

Very cl,ose to the port and the museums. Quiet neighborhood with nice markets and restaurants nearby. No problems even with uncommon time of check-in after long train ride.
