The location is very good, very comfy, really good value for what we paid for. It was the cheapest and one of the best accommodations that we had the whole trip (8 days around the Peloponnese and Athens). Had the best sleep of the trip as well.

We had a room on the ground floor, and I loved the view from the bedroom window!! All was good and I liked the bath!! There is free town parking about 10 min away.. no problem for us..

Very cosy. We got in upgrade which was very nice. Everything you need. Car cannot be parked in the front. Need to stay in streets nearby. It is very steep to reach. Owner very friendly en helpful.

Unacceptable experience with serious hygiene and service issues. The room was dirty, featuring cobwebs, unwept floors, and towels that didn't smell clean, making us hesitate to use them. The bathroom was outdated and hazardous with exposed wires and a dust-clogged extractor fan. Furthermore, the reception was consistently unattended; we requested extra pillows in the afternoon and had to ask again at night, while advertised amenities like the fireplace were out of order. Between the lack of basic cleanliness and the staff's indifference, this place is a hard pass. Avoid at all costs.

“Terrible unpleasant experience”

We stayed in the so called presidential suite. It was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The bed in the main bedroom was broken (slats underneath broken) so mattress wound up on floor. Shower broken. Water leaked through window onto our bed and soaked the pillow. No undersheets on beds or pillows. Bins broken in kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen filthy. Random collection of dishes (not enough for 4 people) all with encrusted food on them. A couple of forks (with encrusted food). A couple of saucepans but no cooking utensils. Broken oven fan. No facilities to wash dishes. Dirty floors.

George was an excellent host the room was clean and big the distance from the centre is 5 minutes walk and everything was standing

The location is excellent. We arrived at 3am and were welcomed by George, who was very polite and friendly. He helped us with our luggage and offered helpful advice, which we really appreciated
