The location is perfect, parking excellent. Facilities in the studio apartment we had were very good. George sent a video of how to get there and that was so simple to follow. He also met us and carried our cases in for us. The only downside for me was the studio was in the basement. It was very tastefully renovated with a pretty seating area outside. But it was perpetually dark. That was my fault for not checking the apartment I was booking. I thought I was going to get amazing views. But as I said this was my fault. They have other apartments which would have suited me better. I also think I should mention the cats. Greece is very distressing the way they treat their cats and dogs. We have done an amazing 16 day road trip. The country is beautiful and the people are so friendly but they need to sort out their animal problem. This is certainly something that was often heartbreaking. But George does care and took in a female cat that gave birth. Mum and kittens are doing well and are being well looked after. They will all be sterilised and will lead a good life. So this was another reason to stay. Owners who cared.

First of all, it has a super cozy vibe. It was super clean and it was super nice to see attention to all of details. Starting from how apartment was equipped (there was iron, Google Chrome cast for TV and many other small details). Breakfast was amazing. One egg, per person, yogurt, fruits, sweets, good coffee, juice, water. We really enjoyed it.

Very nice and cosy place. The owner put a lot of care in a lot of details. The fireplace in the room is really a must and really great when it is cold outside.

There are different types of appartements. One with balcony is very nice - spacious, well equipped, very clean and with a nice view. George is very responsive and answers quickly.

Great reception, very clean and cozy, the mini kitchen well equipped, for the coffee lovers they provide you with 3 coffee machines and plenty of coffees and teas. Comfy beds. Parking lot in front of the guest house, which is very convenient in such a small town with narrow streets. Silent room.

Our stay at Lykovrisi Guest House in Arachova was truly wonderful. The owners’ customer-oriented approach stood out immediately—they were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and from the very first moment, we felt completely at home. A lovely place that we would happily return to!

Cosy place and well thought. There was a fireplace ready to fire it, there were snacks and food. Great location and with parking which is necessary in Arachova.

The very helpful owner provided a delicious Gluten Free breakfast. The apartment was spacious, comfortable & clean with wonderful decor.

Beautifully furnished accommodation. Beds were extremely comfortable. The views from the balcony over Arachova are amazing and a great place to enjoy the sunset. Having an allocated parking space was a real asset in Arachova. Great property to explore the town.

“Lovely apartment with a vegan-breakfast option”

The apartment has a lovely vibe and is more than fully equipped! You’ll find all the essentials, including cosmetics, sleepers, and even toothbrushes if you forgot to pack one. We were surprised by the variety of coffee equipment and the different types of coffee available. The hosts were incredibly kind and guided us around the place. They even prepared a delicious vegan breakfast for our special request, which we were very grateful for! We can’t wait to come back!
