One of the nicest places, the stuff is very kind and guided us with information about the local sights. We were 2 families during summer and we booked with breakfast and dinner, very good food, different dishes at every dinner and you can choose from 3 options. As a vegetarian I appreciated that they had an option for me daily. The waiters are so funny and kind, they made a nice atmosphere and we felt very good everytime. It was very clean, they are cleaning the room daily, comfy bed, nice view of the mountain it's an isolated place and we enjoyed the quietness, lot of parking spaces

“Felt so special on our honeymoon”

Our honeymoon stay was unforgettable! The staff made us feel so special with thoughtful touches like flowers and towels on the bed and a decorated table. The cozy chalet-style hotel had incredible mountain and forest views from our balcony. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious traditional Italian dishes with so many choices and huge buffet spreads for breakfast as well as salads and appetizers. The spa was also a great bonus on a rainy day. Plenty of parking and very welcoming staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Every single person from the staff made us feel right at home. The facilities are amazing, the wellness, the pool, the food was absolutely delicious and plenty. We loved it!

Fantastic hotel, friendly and helpful staff speaking a variety of languages, great choice of delicious food for breakfast and dinner which was included. Lovely candies on dinner tables- a nice touch. Fantastic Mountain View’s, great location on the passo compolongo- central for cycling and hikes, lovely facilities at hotel inc pool, wellness centre, bar. Let us keep bikes in our room which was much appreciated, parking available (free if outside, garage is paid for), overall a fabulous stay and we will be back!

Very nice location, perfect breakfast, nice staff. We stayed there for a whole week, a lot of nice hiking places in the surrounding. We also tried a dinner, it was delicious but too big for us (salad, warm appetizer, main course and dessert).

The staff at the reception was quite unfriendly. The day we arrived we didn’t felt welcome as in other stays across Dolomites. Maybe it was the fact that the hotel was closing on the 17th of September and the staff at the reception didnt’t feel the need to be friendly and polite to the guests. There were three saunaus in the spa each day they turned on different one but two were not working. On friday when more people stayed at the hotel they turned on all 3. For a hotel that respresents themseleves on such a high standard on booking i would expect more thoughtful and welcoming performance. On saturday, when the sellaronda bike day was performing they didn’t let us know in advance that the passo Compolungo was closed and you couldn’t get anywhere with the car so we were kinda stuck. There was completely other story in the restaurant the staff was very nice there and welcoming.

The location of the hotel is very good if you have a car. Indoor parking is free in the summer. The pool is 24/7 and very pleasant.
