Food was exceptional!

I really enjoyed my stay! The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options each day. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I also loved the pool area—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, the combination of great food, amazing staff, and a beautiful pool made my stay truly enjoyable.

The location is perfect. It is not ski in - ski out, but the hotel is really close to the lift station, just 3 min walking. The hotel was very very clean, the staff was brilliant and the food exceptional. The village is quiet compared to other near villages. Definately we will visit it again.

convenient for skiing. There is ski in and a large ski room. A small spa. You can buy a ski pass right next to the hotel. Also there is a pharmacy and a supermarket nearby. From the hotel to the lift you need to walk 5 minutes.

Excellent, delicious dinner as week as breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool is ok.

Everything. Dinner was phenomenal as was breakfast. Rooms were clean. Pool and sauna are nice and well mantained, you have to reserve your spot, but the upside is, it doesn't get crowded. Parking in high season can be tricky, but the staff helped me find a space. I only stayed one night sadly, I would love to stay here again.

Clean and comfy room, friendly stuff ( Felice presence was a delight). Good breakfast and delicous dinner. I liked that the hotel didn’t encourage any waste. Bathroom was clean nothing broken and i really liked the vintage look.

A good place to stay, not too busy but amenities there. A quiet place, enjoyed short walks after a huge dinner! I would love to visit here again.

It was very clean, staff friendly, especially Simona in the restaurant. She looked after us very well. The view from our room was spectacular.

Hotel very good, staff very friendly and as we had booked half-board the overall cost was great value. The breakfast and dinner were superb and the staff in the restaurant very effecient

“Average hotel”

The location of the hotel is good. Breakfast was rich and everyone had a choice. The dinners were interesting. The choice of meals is made a day in advance. Every night we waited with anticipation to see what would appear under the name of the dish. Sometimes we were surprised :-) It would have been good if there was a photo of the food next to the names. Rice with peas Venetian style was supposed to be risotto and in the end it was soup. Luckily it was good :-)

“A beautiful stay with one unfortunate moment at the end”

We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Arabba and had a wonderful time overall. The location was perfect for both hiking and cycling , I went on some stunning hikes, and my husband completed the Sella Ronda, which was a dream come true for him. The hotel itself was great and the room was comfortable. We especially appreciated the breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff, they were so friendly, warm, and attentive, and really made us feel welcome each day. We also enjoyed the wellness area, the whirlpool and sauna were a lovely way to unwind after a big day outdoors. Unfortunately, there was a small incident that left us feeling quite disappointed at the end of our stay. Due to a misunderstanding around parking, I accidentally parked in front of a door in the hotel garage. As someone who had never driven on the right-hand side before, I was just relieved to park safely and genuinely did not see the door. The next day, we found a note on our car asking us to report to reception, but nothing was said when we passed by. When I was checking out, the manager approached me and quite sharply told me I shouldn’t have parked there, repeating it several times despite my sincere apology and explanation. What I didn’t quite understand is, if they knew it was my car, why not simply approach me at the time and ask me to move it? I would have done so immediately. A note in our room or a quiet word when coming or going would have avoided the embarrassment and made the situation so much easier for everyone. I had planned to write a glowing review and to highlight the exceptional restaurant staff in particular and they still deserve recognition. But sadly, that final interaction left me feeling upset and took the shine off what was otherwise a lovely stay.
