Very well family run hospitality business. Location was good and everything including the spa facilities were excellent. Breakfast was good with variety. Ample free parking just outside the hotel.

Great friendly hotel

Excellent value for money. Able to ski in and out. We had half board and food were of exceptional quality and very well presented. The hotel has an annex of apartments. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was well appointed, clean and serviced daily. We had a wonderful time.

Hotel Alpenrose is a wonderful hotel set in a beautiful mountain environment. The hotel staff deserve the highest praise—extremely attentive and caring, paying attention to every detail to ensure guests feel satisfied. Special compliments also go to the housekeeping staff for their outstanding cleanliness and attention to detail. The food is very delicious and varied, served in five courses, and you simply can’t resist tasting the different typically Italian dishes. The desserts deserve 10 stars, as does all the food on offer. A beautiful atmosphere with very polite and professional staff. They provide organized transportation for skiers—just call the reception and say you need a ride to the first ski lift, and the driver shows up within a minute. Excellent organization. When skiing is over, the driver brings you back to the hotel as well, although it’s also possible to ski directly from the hotel if there is enough snow. At the end of the ski day, there is an outdoor jacuzzi, warm enough to enjoy while looking at the mountains and the beautiful view of the ski resort. Of course, you need to reserve a time slot for the jacuzzi at reception. On the ground floor of the hotel, you can enjoy various saunas and an indoor jacuzzi, along with a relaxation room and different teas to suit your taste. At the entrance to the elevator, there is a basket of apples—we were delighted by the taste. Big compliments to the reception staff and the driver as well. Perfectly managed family hotel in a nice location. Rich and tasty breakfast and perfect wellness, which really came in handy in the cold weather. We would be happy to come back anytime and recommend it to everyone.

Exceptionally good place with great hospitality. Cozy room, comfortable bed, the bathroom clean and well equipped. And the food… next level! Every meal was perfect and made with love. Staff is professional and kind. We will come back soon!

Very good value for money - has a diverse little wellness area. Room was very spacious and in an excellent location.

Breakfast and evening meals were exceptional. Lots of choice from the buffet breakfast. We stayed in one of the apartments which is a short walk from the main building. They are very well equipped and have a balcony, some with excellent views. Restaurants in Arabba are only a 5 minute walk away.

Amazing hotel, clean and spacious room, with amazing details, where you feel like a queen, comfortable bed, exceptional breakfast. The staff were kind and friendly, and access to the spa was included in the room price. The hotel restaurant is of high standard and has a good cuisine mentioned in the Michelin guide. Would definitely recommend and come back!!!

The staff was nice and friendly, the access to the spa was included with the room (although we didn't know from the first day so we missed a few days sadly) and breakfast was good. The restaurant on the evening is also good, although maybe a bit on the pricey side, but the menu changes every day which is nice.
