Great place if you want to discover this part of dolomites. Apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Owners are great too and always ready to help.

Christine was very welcoming and provided all the information we needed. Kitchen equipment was good quality and useful extras, such as dishwasher tablets, were provided. Plenty of off-road parking and Arabba is a good base for exploring the region.

“Excellent stay in Chalet Pradat”

We (family of 3) stayed 6 nights at the end of September 2025 in Chalet Pradat. The first floor one bedroom apartment was absolutely fantastic and clean, it has a large bedroom, living room, bathroom and balconies. Also the kitchen was well equipped with all the comforts for anything one may need. There is also an easy large parking in front of the chalet. The owner is very kind and was helpful with all our questions. We would definitely come back to Chalet Pradat next time when in the Dolomites.

We stayed in 2-bedrooms apartment with terrace and enjoyed it! It is very clean, fully equipped and with traditional Tyrolean furniture and interior. The village Arabba is also beautiful with many possibilities for hiking and cycling in the summer.

We had a great stay. The apartment was large and very comfortable, near ski slopes and town center. We could put put skis just next to ski lift, which was great. Owner was very nice and helpful.

The location of the property, easy to find and central to the places we intended to visit. The property was well equipped with kitchen appliances. Balcony view was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Chalet Pradat. Christina is a wonderful and helpful host! The apartment was nicely decorated, cosy and very clean. It definitely passes the "white glove test" :) All facilities and equipment are in good condition. Most of the electrical sockets are the "type L" ones, but there are some adapters to type F plugs. So we did not have a problem plugging in our phone chargers. The wifi network works great and there is a smart TV in the room. Access to YouTube on the large screen brightened our day when the weather broke! There is plenty of space for parking the car in front of the Chalet Pradat. A stroll to the Arabba centre takes around 10 minutes, which is perfect for us. We recommend staying in the Chalet Pradat without hesitation!

Very comfortable apartments, equipped with everything necessary even for a longer stay. Our group of friends rented 2 apartments on the ground floor. Everything was super clean, the terrace is a nice addition and parking space is plenty. The host, Cristina was extremely nice and helpful, and communication went easy. Arabba is a wonderful small town, an ideal base for visiting different parts of the Dolomites.

Great location and good value for money. All the necessary amenities for self catering, clean and comfortable. A great base to explore a number of via ferrata routes in the area. Very helpful host when my flight was delayed and I couldn't check in as anticipated.
