“For the price I would have expected a bit more (even by Colombian standards). Breakfast would be a big winner.”
The hospedaje is located about 3.5 km from Playa Blanca. It’s quiet, very comfortable and the owners are exceptionally nice and helpful. The lake is nice, but heavily toxic due to farming all around it. The next town (Aquitania) is about 40 minutes by bus, but they don’t see a lot of tourists there. I felt a little alienated roaming through the streets.

“Cozy place to stay at Laguna de Tota.”
Friendly staff. Nice place to stay a couple of days at the Tota Lake. Close to towns like Aquitania and Iza, Boyacá. It is possible to park in the place. It is a pet friendly place. You can have breakfast for an extra cost. I am a native Spanish speaker, so I did not have any problem with communication, but it would be nicer if they speak some English (not for me, just for non Spanish speakers).
