“The Worst Place I Have Ever Seen”

I don’t even know where to begin. This “resort” was the single worst accommodation experience of my life. The moment I stepped into the apartment, I felt sick — literally. The room was in terrible condition: the bedding was molded and smelled damp and rotten, the bathroom was rusty, filthy, and genuinely looked like some sort of abandoned animal shelter. Nothing felt safe, clean, or livable. I could not stay there even for one night. Within minutes, I knew I had to leave. I ended up finding another place to sleep because there was absolutely no way I could stay in that apartment and keep my health or sanity intact. And here’s the worst part: We found this place on Booking, and despite the horrifying condition of the room, we did not receive any refund. It feels like a complete rip‑off, and it’s terrible to realize that as customers, we apparently have no rights or protection against such appalling standards. If you would like to experience the worst place you will ever stay in your life, then by all means — visit this resort. Otherwise, do yourself a huge favor and stay far, far away. After fleeing the place, I moved to another resort, and I strongly recommend choosing Mandara Lanai Resort or Golf Ville Resort Residence, Portas da Dunas instead. Both are infinitely better and actually provide what a resort should: cleanliness, comfort, and basic human standards
