A unique property, ancient house in a secluded garden with secure gates and enclosed parking. Comfortable bed, blazing log fire in dining area. The contact staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. A selection of restaurants close by. A good Italian breakfast.

So quiet , perfect place to relax

This is extraordinary place. I wish to stay there for more than one night. Wonderful villa, very kind owner and staff. Tasty continental (sweet) breakfast. I have never been in such beautiful apartment.

Good location for a stop off between north and south. Very rustic but at least you can drive your car up to your room. Very friendly host - we managed to communicate well even though our Italian is embarrassingly poor and her English no better. Decent breakfast too. Very good vfm.

Secure gated property with nice gardens. Not too far from Rome and is in a handy location for the places we wanted to see - Caserta, Gaeta, Sperlonga. Quiet location despite being right alongside the Rome-Naples motorway. Friendly owner and staff.

“A dated country house”

The landlady is very nice although it’s a bit difficult since she did not speak English. There is histories for the house and the courtyard is very countryside. Close to highway.

“Traditional home-style B&B with a warm Italian welcome”

We had a studio with a small kitchenette, very basic equipment (no kettle) and a fridge/freezer. Ensuite shower was good, and the room was in pretty gardens with parking outside the door. Traditional Italian breakfast - buffet of home-baked fruit tarts, cakes and pastries. Property is not far from the hill village of Castrocielo, and a Roman archaeological site being excavated at Aquinum, for those who like to explore.

The breakfast was excellent. The host was very nice and friendly.

Very nice and authentic place with, super cozy garden, a very hospitable owner. It felt like we were visiting our grandmother, we were very welcome. Would definitely come back!

Easy to park outside our room. Plenty of green space. Lovely welcome from a very helpful host. Our dog was welcome and we didnt have to pay extra. Although the motorway runs straight past we didn’t hear noise but bizarrely all the outside lights were left on all night and it made it difficult to sleep. It would be helpful if the owners actually stayed in the room for a few nights.

the Room was lovely and large with wonderful clean fresh linens and towels. The breakfast had lots of choice and the hostess was very helpful.

This is a beautiful B&B full of rustic charm. It was a little further out from the train station than we had expected, but the host very kindly picked us up, and then helped us organise and pick up a hire car for the weekend. She did not speak English, and we do no speak Italian, but she spoke excellent French so we had a language in common. The room was much larger than expected, with two floors and two double beds, plenty of seating, and two tv's. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was a delicious array of cakes. The location is 10 minutes walk from the town centre where there are some good restaurants, bakeries, the Aquino museum and a lovely ancient church. Such an accommodating and pleasant host, which really made our stay extra special.

Everything was satisfactory

Breakfast was great and we were greeted by the owner. She even called a local restaurant to book us in for dinner!

Great host, great location (a traditional italian house) quiet although right near the highway, good breakfast.
