“Great stay”

Wonderful helpful owner who went out of her way to help us. Excellent housekeeping. Food in onsite restaurant was very good Position in Aquiléia was super convenient for the archeological sites. Aquiléia is an amazing place with few tourists. Don’t miss the fabulous Archeological Museum. Bus service from Udine and Grado is excellent and bus stop very near the hotel.

“Excellent location, authentic place”

Excellent location, with a carpark. Everything can be reached on foot. And in the evening you can easily go in the Grado city on the laguna and find a parking space. Rooms are well equiped, but not very large. Nice authentic real life Italian atmosphere at the bar. Overall a nice place, not luxury but authentic

The hotel is comfortable and the staff very welcoming and friendly. The hotel restaurant is superb with excellent seafood dishes and a nice house wine.

Great location for visiting the town. Staff were a bit abrupt on checkin and didn't seem keen to have bikes but they found some space in inner courtyard but outside. Fine for non e bikes . Staff at checkout were great. Nice breakfast

“A perfect stay to discover an ancient city”

A cosy hotel in the historic center of Aquileia. We enjoyed its atmosphere! The comfort of the beds exceeded our expectations. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was good but also typical for local standards: don’t expect to have some vegetables or omelette. There was a fair choice of cheese, sausage, boiled eggs, bread of different kinds, butter, marmalades, croissants, fruits, yogurts. As for the drinks, coffee, tea, juice and water were available.

Choice of breakfast was expected with a hotel of this rank. Juices, water, tea, coffee, a modest selection of cold cuts and cheeses and only one type of egg. Additionally, several types of cereal were served

Big room but very hot. Silent. Good location, but Aquileia is very small. Reasonable breakfast Staff just OK. Unstable WiFi.

Location and reasonable price

The hotel is an ideal location for visiting the wonderful archaeological and historic sites of Aquileia. Our room was very comfortable, and it had a refrigerator. Breakfasts were fine. We had an excellent lunch in the hotel restaurant, which was obviously extremely popular with locals. There is also a bar, which is a cosy spot for evening drinks, coffees and very tasty cakes.

Central, no noise, good cool temperature inside when outside were 40 degrees.

Peaceful, small historical village, close to Grado and some sandy beaches. We spent only one night there because we went to Tuscany but we enjoyed the local spirit (not turisic area at all). The mediival "Basilico" is stunning.
