No maintainance of the rooms the shower needs to be fixed or replaced the lock of the room is stuck often and neeed to be fixed it takes a long time for the staff to answer my concerns regarding problems I faced in the room the air condition in the room is noisy No good lights area available in the room the seat of the toitlet must be fixed

“An excellent hotel!”

We really enjoyed the three nights we spent in Aqaba. The staff is very friendly and kind, they treated us extremely well and made us feel at home. Ahmed was always taking great care of us, and the driver Mohamed is the best driver ever, he took us everywhere and always arrived very quickly whenever we called him to pick us up back. The location is perfect, right between downtown and the luxurious Ayla complex, full of shops, restaurants and beach clubs.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good. There is a free shuttle service to downtown as the hotel is a little way out.

The breakfast was super tasty and we liked the variety during our stay. It is a nice addition that the sauna and steam cabine were free of charge for guests. The free shuttle towards Ayla was convenient! The staff was really friendly and helpful, in addition to the free welcome chocolates.

The stuff in general were very friendly and supportive from the moment I had arrived till the moment I had left specially the recipients and valet parking team plus the house keeping stuff. I had enjoyed the extended courtesy they had offered me. I should say it I will not hesitate to book here again once I trave to Aqaba on the future.

Mr. Marwan, the hotel’s Housekeeping Supervisor, went above and beyond to make my stay truly enjoyable. I had such a cozy and relaxing stay that I even decided to extend my visit for a few extra days. The hotel breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Don’t miss it! The laundry service also took great care of my sensitive fabrics and returned them incredibly quickly. The thoughtful service during my stay genuinely impressed me.

Good location and very nice hotel. Very clean and staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We only had breakfasts there so can't comment on dinners. The breakfast was a very good buffet and the dining room was a very pleasant place to eat. The hotel offered free valet parking which saved having to find a parking space or collect our car when we wanted to use it. They also offered a free shuttle to the city center and see front which we used when didn't want to walk or drive,. Our room was very good and comfortable with excellent housekeeping carried out daily. We had a balcony with a pool view and great views in the distance. All the staff offered very helpful information on restaurants, places to visit and anything else we wanted advice on. Hamed was exceptional with the help and advice he gave us. His pleasant approach was a real benefit to our stay and we enjoyed his company.
