“The best staff care I have ever received!”

When I stayed here I had already picked up a nasty virus in Egypt. At 2:30 I was so sick I needed to go to a hospital emergency room. When I went downstairs and asked the night manager Khaled to order me a taxi he informed me there wouldn’t be any at that time. What happened next was incredible - he organised 2 of his friends to come and take me to the hospital in his car. Not only that, his wonderful friends came inside, helped me get admitted and stayed with me the entire time )often chasing up doctors and test results) until I was discharged a few hours later and then drove me back to the hotel. My stay at My Hotel is now my most memorable hotel stay ever. Jordan as a country is so safe and hospitable, however My Hotel staff - esp Khaled went so far above and beyond I am so grateful and still a little shocked! Thank you thank you team and Khaled.

The hotel and room were very nice, the staff very helpful and we enjoyed a lot also the rooftop and pool. The breakfast was amazing, full of everything, both salty and sweet, very delicious!! The position was also very good, in the city centre. Highly recommended.

Hotel is really clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax. The breakfast is good and the staff are really friendly, especially Zain on reception who was very helpful. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of all local shops and restaurants.

Perfect location in the center of Aqaba, very close to the beach and very close to restaurants and cafés. The bedroom was very large and comfortable. The rooftop offers beautiful views of the city.

The room is modern and clean. The location of hotel is in the downtown, so it is convenient to reach restaurants and cafe. The staff is very kind and nice. We have good memories When staying in the hotel with baby. It also has a nice roof top bar and swimming pool.
