I faced an issue with coordination at the reception. At the time of check-in, I had requested the receptionist to arrange a quick takeaway breakfast the next morning, as I had an early flight. She agreed and confirmed that it would be arranged. However, when I called the reception in the evening to remind them about my request, the evening receptionist had no knowledge of it and informed me that it was not possible to prepare breakfast before 7 a.m. I was highly disappointed with the lack of communication and coordination among the staff, especially since this had already been discussed and confirmed earlier.

My favorite hotel. The rooms are clean and have all the essentials. Breakfasts are excellent, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Special thanks to Wiam and Marwa for the delicious breakfasts and their morning smiles, and to Mohammad, who made sure everything was perfect in the room during my stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. The room was well equipped with kettle and charging ports. The breakfast was quite good.

Don't be fooled by the entrace of this hotel, this hotel is totally 10/10 for the price. We got the 5th floor sea-view 2-bedroom suite and the view was great. The rooms were large and were connected. Totally recommended.

Spacious room.

The room was really spacious as we got an upgrade and although the hotel’s located in a busy area, it wasn’t that disturbing during the night. Delicious local breakfast with plenty of choices, the staff answered all of our questions attentively.

The hotel is relatively new (3 years old in October 2025). It is clean; rooms are absolutely huge; the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent; there is an omelette station. Location is great. There is hotel parking in front of the building but it is limited, maybe 6/7 but it is not difficult to find street parking. For a 3 star hotel it is superb.

Reception staff, room cleanliness, and value for money.

Big spacious room, comfortable beds, nice view of the city and harbor. The front desk staff were so proactive and helpful, they helped me return a rental car and bored taxis for us when needed. Very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast in the morning had very nice variety and was tasty.
