From the moment I arrived, the service was severely lacking. I have outlined the specific failures below: Unacceptable Check-in Delay: Standard check-in is advertised at 3:00 PM. However, my room was not made available to me until 5:30 PM. Waiting two and a half hours past the guaranteed check-in time without a proper resolution is entirely unacceptable. Poor room service and cold food: When I ordered room service, the delivery took an unreasonably long time. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, it was completely cold. Ignored Maintenance Issues: The minibar fridge in my room was broken. I promptly reported this to your staff, but I haven't seen any follow-up, and no one has come to fix it or offer a replacement. The utter lack of care from your team was appalling.

Excellent stay 👍😀 The hotel is very clean, spacious, and well maintained. It offers all the facilities you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast is rich, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
