“Stay here if you feel like a warm hug”
The staff were very welcoming and did everything to make you feel a sense of belonging. Farah is a joy to be around and always smiling. The beds are comfortable, free breakfast cooked by staff, security, great location close to bus station. I haven't been welcomed like this in 6 months of travel. Please stay here if you're coming through Aqaba, it won't disappoint!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hakaia Community, the dorms had enough space for everyone and the facilities were clean, we really appreciated the big women's bathroom. But what makes this place special is definitely the staff. All of them were so kind and welcoming. They always took good care of us and made sure we made it to our next destination. Thank you for everything.

“Thank you for the vibe”
Thank you for your hospitality, exceptional warm homely atmosphere, sharing love for Aqaba, attention to details, cozy rooms and common spaces, serving breakfast, playing and talking in the evenings, being ready to help and give advice. Among other things, it was possible to make use of flippers and rent a bike right in the hostel. Simply put, everything seemed to be in its place and at least matched or even exceeded expectations. Even more important, everyone was in their place. Thank you for creating the vibe, what also made me feel I want to stay for more than one night. All in all, I definitely wish to come back!

I initially booked just a few nights, but ended up staying for more than 2 weeks. All the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, it really made me feel that the owner’s personality is what shapes the atmosphere of this place. As a digital nomad, I was able to focus deeply on my work in the workspace, but also enjoyed working in the common areas while chatting with others. The dorms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very clean and well maintained. Whenever I needed some quiet time, I would just relax on the rooftop and do nothing. TBH, it wasn’t so much the city of Aqaba itself that made me extend my stay, and it was how comfortable and at home I felt in this hostel. and I really love the cat there.

Yeah, this hostel is clearly being run with love and with a community-vibe in mind. The amenities were great, everyone was so nice, the location was good and it overall felt like the nicest, cleanest hostel I have ever been in. Breakfast was also excellent.

“Best Hostel Ever”
One of the best hostels I stayed at. From the moment I walked through the door it felt like home. The vibe of the place is fantastic, it's very comfortable, really nice showers and kitchen, and the staff - Bahaa, Mahmoud and a volounteer Wei In (I definitely spelled it wrong) - all were fabulous and always happy to help :) Ah, and really good breakfast! And the cat!

the place to stay in aqaba ! the hostel has clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and warm showers. the staff is nice and always there to help you plan tours. it's in the center near cafes and restaurants. would come back again.

It is a really good place and is run by a wonderful team who actually cares! I landed in Aqaba sick from Morocco and extended my stay here for 2 extra nights and glad I did. Everything is closeby under walking distance and one can meet great travellers from across the world. You can book tours for Wadi Rum here as well. I can recommend this hostel.

People who work there are very nice and helpful. Great breakfast, clean and spacious bathroom, they have a working space and rooftop. They also have a cute cat 🐈⬛ you can buy some souvenirs at the hostel and books tours if needed.
