I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with my stay at your hotel due to several serious issues: 1. Room Conditions: The AC is fixed at 20°C and the room remains hot, the towels were dirty, and the jacuzzi is not working. This is far below the standards of a 5-star hotel. 2. Security Issue: The valet staff was seen entering the car and writing a card inside to take vehicle information instead of using the plate number, as clearly shown in the video. This behavior appears as an attempt to take the car, and the management handled the situation very poorly. This strange and unacceptable incident made me feel unsafe in a hotel that is supposed to be 5-star. In addition, the hotel was extremely negligent in handling this matter. The hotel manager claimed that the valet stayed inside the car for “two minutes and thirty seconds” to take the information, even though he should have taken it from outside the vehicle. He also offered a free suite upgrade in a message without even knowing what type of room the guest (myself) had originally booked. This shows a lack of professionalism and seriousness in dealing with such a critical issue. 3. Food Quality: The food served was not properly cooked. The man’oushe offered to guests was basically raw dough, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the manager insisted that the towels were clean and the jacuzzi was functioning, which is completely untrue. This level of denial and lack of accountability reflects a failed management and an overall poor hotel standard. These issues have made the stay extremely disappointing. I request immediate action and an appropriate solution for the inconvenience caused.

“Fine for a one night stay”

The hotel is located in a central position which allows you to enjoy an evening stroll and dinner in the heart of Aqaba. The Filipino staff at the breakfast are so nice and caring. The WhatsApp service is great!
