La Providence is a charming 150+years old hamlet ideally located in the heart of the Natural Park of Luberon. Apt is only 3 km away. In addition to the beautiful downtown of Apt and its famous lively market on Saturdays, the "must see" villages such as Bonnieux, Lacoste, Gordes are only a few kilometers away. If you head to Aix-en Provence for a one day excursion, you will enjoy Lourmarin and the route of the Sud-Luberon castles. Apt is very close to other famous spots Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and Colorado Provencal. You can book at La Providence various accommodation facilities depending on your wishes and needs: independent guest houses with terraces, apartments with separate entrances and balconies or terraces, and rooms. Services of an exclusive private concierge are available at all times during your stay free of charge: wellbeing, gastronomy tips and reservations, organization of special events, arranging and booking leisure and sports activities. La Providence offers two independent and customized guest houses, four guest apartments and four double rooms with typical Provençal interiors, shared heated 10x5m pool as well as typical Provençal garden areas and truffle forest with stunning views over the Luberon mountains and wine yards. All houses, apartments and rooms have air condition except for one double-room "Elisabeth" which is located in the old stonewalled main property building benefitting from its natural climatization. Two independent guest houses "La Sieste" and "Marcel" feature a terrace, beautiful views of the mountains or vineyards, a flat-screen TV, bathroom and free high-speed wifi. They are equipped with kitchen including stove, refrigerator and oven. The largest guest house "La Sieste" can accommodate up to 6 guests and has its own private pool and garden. The smallest independent gite "Elzear" offers a double room with shower and is located in a charming tower with stunning view over the Luberon (16sqm spread across 2 floors with steep staircases). It has a kitchenette for light cooking (stove only), its own terrace and is equipped with air condition. Free high speed Wi-Fi but no TV. Not suitable for guests with disabilities or small children. Very cosy but tiny, hence ideal for shorter stays such as 3 or 4 nights. The apartments "Tomate" and "Grives" have separate terraces. Small kitchens are equipped with stove, microwave and refrigerator. The apartments "Anticatta" and "Gatsby" are located on the top floor of the main building and offer small balconies under the typical "Provençal genoise" roof. In order to preserve the structure of the "Provençal genoise" roof, the accessibility might be impaired for senior guests. Kitchens are equipped with stove, refrigerator and oven. Four spacious and newly renovated double rooms with park view (42, 35, 38 and 27sqm) are located in the main property building. The bathrooms offer Italian shower and bath tube. All suites have TV, a Nespresso machine as well a small fridge. All rooms are equipped with air condition except the double room "Elisabeth". Free high speed Wi-Fi is available. This property spreads character and authenticity. Building on an exceptional environment and customized services, La Providence will delight a broad range of guests.

The location and environment are wonderful. Our room was fantastic and beautifully furnished. The staff was super kind. Good breakfast is served daily in a basket, in your room, or wherever you want in the facility (for example, on the patio located in the garden).

Beautiful guest house with a huge amount of character and charm. Staff very communicative and nice welcome touches. Our bedroom was tiny and reached by quite treacherous stairs, but we didn't mind as we spent most our time by the pool which was gorgeous, and ate in the communal areas. Everything was very clean and carefully kept.

Double Room with Shower "Elzear - the little tower suite": this air-conditioned 16 sqm double room over two levels is located in a tower of the property and is a cozy and charming retreat for couples with stunning view of the swimming pool and the Luberon Valley. It is set on 2 levels and has its own private entrance and a private terrace. On the first floor, guests will enjoy a kitchenette with stove and fridge. A staircase leads up to a cute and comfy bedroom with Italian shower. Each level has 8 sqm. Not suitable for families or for guests with reduced mobility. This room cannot accommodate an extra bed .
