“THE BEST STAY EVER”
Everything. This was a superb stay. Wonderful old house, wonderful furniture. Good bed. Fantastic quality furnishings. The host was knowledgeable friendly kind and caring. Huge bath. Great breakfast.

“A rare property with a fascinating history let down by lack of attention to detail”
A fascinating house, full of Vendee history. A most welcoming host. Breakfast was traditional French style, all served in historic local crockery or solid silver dishes. The owner permitted use of an alternative entry/exit system to avoid steep stone stairs.
