excellent quality accommodation in Sud Tyrol. Exceptional build quality and comfort throughout the Villa. It has a very wholesome authentic feel to the property thanks to the lovely family that run it. The views were absolutely incredible which only added to the enjoyment of our stay. Luxurious comfortable apartment, super quiet and soundproofed, very safe, very very clean, lots of facilities including unlimited filtered mineral water, local fruits and homemade lagrein. But above all excellent hosts. Very genuine, sincere and hard working too! Anita was incredibly kind and helpful so we really enjoyed our stay with her and her family, many thanks!

“Best rural wine area stay around bolzano”
Modern european stay with nice balcony and great views. Very helpful people and kitchenette were good help. It is like in a small wine area.

“Excellent!”
Excellent and extremely comfortable apartments in Appiano with brilliant views of the landscape. 20 minutes walk to cozy cities San Michele and San Paolo with shops and restaurants. Very good for hiking and biking. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
